Itinerary
Day 1 — Arrive in Bangkok
Insider moment: Learn your first Thai words over dinner — "sawasdee" to say hello, and "aroi" for delicious. You'll use both every day.
Your private guide welcomes you at the airport and takes you to your hotel. Shake off the jet lag, sip your first Thai iced tea, and let Bangkok slowly reveal herself. In the evening, raise a toast to the days ahead at your welcome dinner.
Overnight: Bangkok | Meals: Dinner (Welcome Dinner, alcoholic beverages not included)
Day 2 — Golden Mount · Wat Traimit · Chinatown · Canal Cruise
Insider moment: The Golden Buddha's secret was only revealed in 1955, when it slipped from its ropes during a move and the plaster cracked to show the gold beneath.
Pause for a photo at Loha Prasat, the last "Metal Castle" still standing, then climb the Golden Mount — home to the only Buddha relics in Thailand with documented origins. Stand before the world's largest solid gold Buddha at Wat Traimit, then lunch and wander in Chinatown. End the day by long-tail boat through the Thonburi canals, with a photo stop at the giant Buddha of Wat Paknam.
Overnight: Bangkok | Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Day 3 — Maeklong Railway Market · Fishing Community
Insider moment: The mangrove you plant today helps protect this coastline from erosion — and the community will keep caring for it long after you leave.
Watch vendors calmly fold their awnings as a train rolls right through the Maeklong Railway Market. Then hop aboard a long-tail boat to a fishing village no road can reach — plant a mangrove, visit the shellfish farms, and share a seafood feast prepared by the fishing families themselves.
Overnight: Bangkok | Meals: Breakfast, Lunch (with the fishing community)
Day 4 — Fly to Chiang Mai · Doi Suthep
Insider moment: Legend says a white elephant carried a sacred relic up Doi Suthep and chose the very spot where the temple stands today.
A short flight carries you north to cooler, quieter Chiang Mai. Lunch is khao soi, the rich curry noodle soup the city is famous for, before you head up to Doi Suthep for sweeping views over the valley.
Overnight: Chiang Mai | Meals: Breakfast, Lunch (Khao Soi)
Day 5 — Village Life Experience
Insider moment: Every color in the fabric you dye today comes from nature — leaves, bark, and plants gathered around the village.
Step into the rhythm of a northern Thai village — dye fabric with natural plants, learn the quiet art of backstrap loom weaving, and walk the lanes with a local guide. Lunch is garden to table, cooked together with the community. Unhurried, personal, and one of those days that reminds you why you travel.
Overnight: Chiang Mai | Meals: Breakfast, Lunch (garden to table)
Day 6 — Elephant Sanctuary · Thai Massage
Insider moment: Watch the quiet bond between each elephant and its mahout — a relationship built over years, often a lifetime, of trust and daily care.
Walk alongside rescued elephants at our carefully chosen ethical sanctuary — no rides, no performances, just a genuine encounter that stays with you. Lunch is served at the sanctuary, and a traditional Thai massage does the rest.
Overnight: Chiang Mai | Meals: Breakfast, Lunch (at the sanctuary)
Day 7 — Fly to Krabi
Insider moment: Krabi's dramatic limestone cliffs were formed beneath an ancient sea, millions of years before they rose above the water.
A short flight south and suddenly everything changes — the air is salt-tinged and the Andaman Sea stretches out ahead. The rest of the day is yours to settle in and unwind.
Overnight: Krabi | Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Day 8 — Krabi: Choose Your Experience
Pick the day that suits your travel style, and let us know when you book.
Option A — Pha Khao Khom Cave & Kayaking (Adventure & Active)
Insider moment: Look closely at the cliff walls — the ancient paintings were left by people who sailed these waters long before Krabi had a name.
For active travelers in good health · Activity level: moderate to challenging
Explore Pha Khao Khom Cave on foot, cruise past towering rock formations, and swim at Ao Jing Jang Beach. After a seafood lunch on a floating fish farm, paddle among the limestone cliffs and see ancient rock paintings on the way back.
Option B — Koh Klang Island Community (Culture & Community)
Insider moment: The miniature boats you'll see are models of the Hua Thong, the traditional fishing boat of the Andaman coast — each one shaped by hand.
For curious travelers who love people and crafts · Activity level: easy
Cruise the Krabi River past the twin peaks of Khao Khanab Nam to a riverside seafood lunch. Then explore Koh Klang by local sidecar, meet the island's rice growers, boat builders, and batik artists, and paint a batik piece to take home.
Overnight: Krabi | Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Day 9 — Phi Phi Islands · Maya Bay
Insider moment: Maya Bay is now a nursery for baby blacktip reef sharks, which returned after the bay closed for nearly four years to recover. That's why swimming is no longer allowed — and why the rangers will blow their whistles if you so much as dip a toe in the water.
Some places live up to the photographs. Island-hop by speedboat to Maya Bay, Pileh Lagoon, and Viking Cave, then swim at Bamboo Island before heading back as the sun begins to lower.
Overnight: Krabi | Meals: Breakfast, Lunch
Day 10 — Free Day in Krabi
Insider moment: Your guide will share their personal list of favorite local spots — the beaches, cafés, and markets where Krabi locals actually go.
No agenda. No schedule. Just Krabi. Your private guide and vehicle are on hand whenever you're ready. As the sun sets, join us for a farewell dinner to celebrate everything you've shared.
Overnight: Krabi | Meals: Breakfast, Dinner (Farewell Dinner, alcoholic beverages not included)
Day 11 — Departure
One last breakfast before your private transfer to Krabi International Airport — carrying home the fabric you dyed, the mangrove you planted, and the elephants you'll never quite forget.
Meals: Breakfast
Please note: The order of the itinerary may change due to weather, traffic, and other conditions, to ensure your safety and the best possible experience. Modest clothing that covers shoulders and knees is required for temple visits.
